Our hours
To accomodate especially the adult patient we offer apointments for them until 8 p.m. 3 days a week. On the phone you may reach us during the following hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 10-12 and 14-18 hrs
Wednesday, Friday 10-12 hrs
Appointments
To reduce waiting time as much as possible and to find an appointment convenient to you please arrange for the next appointment after your treatment or call us during the above times.
In case you will not be able to keep your appointment with us please inform us as early as possible. If you cannot reach us personally you can make use of our anwering machine, or send a fax or e-mail.
We promise our utmost to reduce waiting times as much as possible, but working in the field of medicine sometimes results in the unexpected. If we cannot keep the appointment, we will inform you as early as possible so that you can make use of your time as best as possible.
Tooth brushing
We are sure you want to come to your appointment with brushed teeth. In case you didn't have the opportunity before you come to the practice, you may well use our separate tooth brushing room. In the rare event that you misplaced your brush, please contact us and we might be able to help out.
Communication
If you want to make a short phone call from the practice you may use our wireless phone Wenn Sie von der Praxis aus einen kurzen Telefonanruf tätig. We request you to switch off your mobile phone during the treatment itself or switch it to noiseless.
Languages
If desired we can communicate with you in English during consultations or making appointments. If desired we can find an orthodontist to continue the treatment in another country.
Dental laboratory
Our practice has an in-house lab where we manufacture all removable appliances. After taking off the fixed appliance we are therefore able to place the retention appliance on the same day. If your appliance requires a repair please inform us on the phone so that we can arrange when and how we effect the repair as efficiently as possible. In some cases it might be possible to send the broken appliance by mail so that you reduce waiting time. In other cases we might be able to produce the retention appliance again and without further impressions.
Appointment intervals
If your business engagements require longer intervals between your appointments please inform us. In most cases it will be possible as we use the newest materials that guarantee activation over a much longer period.
Professional tooth cleaning
If you desire to have your teeth cleaned please inform us as early as possible. Often it will be possible to do the AirFlow treatment in conjunction with your regular appointment and your teeth will be rid of plaques and stains.
